Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what you may and may not do when using Tensor, operated by Sarvabhaum AI at https://sarvabhaum.ai. This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
1. Permitted Uses
Tensor is designed to support students in their academic journey. The following uses are permitted and encouraged:
- Using the chatbot as a study aid to explore concepts, clarify ideas, and deepen understanding
- Practicing past questions and reviewing exam-style problems
- Uploading your own notes, study materials, or documents that you have the right to share
- Generating study plans, flashcards, and topic summaries for personal learning
- Using a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) provider with your personal API key
- Asking questions about syllabus topics, academic concepts, and engineering fundamentals
- Using AI-generated explanations as a starting point for further research and independent study
2. Prohibited Uses
2.1 Academic Dishonesty
You must not:
- Submit AI-generated content produced by Tensor as your own original work where this is prohibited by your institution's academic integrity policy, honor code, or assessment rules
- Use Tensor to complete take-home exams, assignments, or coursework in violation of rules set by your instructor or institution
- Generate content intended to deceive instructors or academic reviewers about the authorship of your work
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Tensor complies with your institution's academic integrity policies. Sarvabhaum AI does not police this, but violations of institutional rules are your responsibility.
2.2 Copyright and Intellectual Property
You must not:
- Upload copyrighted documents, textbooks, or materials that you do not have the right to share
- Upload or share live, active, or unpublished exam papers for the purpose of extracting answers
- Reproduce substantial portions of AI-generated content in published works, commercial products, or redistributed materials without appropriate attribution
- Use Tensor to circumvent copyright protection on third-party materials
2.3 Harmful and Illegal Content
You must not use Tensor to:
- Generate, upload, or share content that is illegal under Nepali or applicable international law
- Produce hate speech, content that incites violence, or material that discriminates on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or caste
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or defame any person
- Generate or distribute sexually explicit content involving minors (this is a criminal offence and will be reported to law enforcement)
- Produce content designed to defraud, deceive, or manipulate other people
2.4 Platform Abuse
You must not:
- Attempt to jailbreak, manipulate, or circumvent the AI model's safety and content guidelines
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the model's weights, training data, or system prompts
- Use automated bots, scripts, or crawlers to access the service without our written permission
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier usage limits
- Scrape or systematically harvest AI outputs to build competing products
- Attempt to overload or disrupt the service (denial-of-service attacks)
- Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
2.5 Content Distribution
You must not:
- Bulk download or redistribute study materials, past papers, or AI-generated content from Tensor on other platforms or services
- Use Tensor's content to populate a competing study platform or AI training dataset
3. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this policy, please report it to us at contact@sarvabhaum.ai. Include as much detail as possible (screenshots, URLs, and a description of the issue).
We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or reporting to law enforcement where required by law.
4. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning — for first or minor violations
- Temporary suspension — for repeated or moderate violations
- Permanent account termination — for serious, repeated, or criminal violations
- Reporting to law enforcement — for content involving illegal activity, fraud, or child exploitation
We reserve the right to act immediately and without prior notice for serious violations.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to address new use cases or risks. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect. The current policy is always available at https://sarvabhaum.ai/acceptable-use.
