By using Tensor you confirm that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy
2. You are at least 16 years old
3. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
4. You will use the service only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws

You must be at least 16 years old to use Tensor. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Tensor is designed for students, educators, and learners. Use by automated systems, bots, or for commercial data extraction is not permitted without our express written consent.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information when registering
• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us immediately at contact@sarvabhaum.ai if you suspect unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are involved in fraud, or appear to be compromised.

Tensor is an AI chatbot. Its outputs are generated by machine learning models and carry inherent limitations.

Specifically:

• Accuracy is not guaranteed. AI responses may be factually incorrect, outdated, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific university, program, or curriculum.
• Bias may be present. AI models can reflect biases in training data. We do not warrant that outputs are neutral or objective.
• Not a substitute for expert guidance. Tensor is not a replacement for professors, academic advisors, tutors, official course materials, or professional advice of any kind.
• Exam and academic outcomes. We are not liable for your exam results, grades, academic standing, or any decisions you make based on AI-generated content.

Always cross-reference AI responses with official course materials, your university's resources, and your instructors.

You agree not to submit AI-generated content produced by Tensor as your own original work where doing so is prohibited by:

• Your institution's academic integrity policy, honor code, or equivalent rules
• Any assignment, exam, or assessment terms set by your instructors or institution

Responsibility for academic misconduct arising from misuse of Tensor lies solely with you. Sarvabhaum AI does not monitor or report usage to academic institutions, but we are not liable for any disciplinary action resulting from your use of the service.

6.1 Your Responsibility

When you upload files to Tensor, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have the right to upload it (e.g., it is your own work or you have a license)
• Uploading the content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
• The content does not violate any law or these Terms

6.2 Our Rights

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law without prior notice. We do not proactively monitor uploaded content but will act on reports of violations.

6.3 Liability

We are not liable for copyright infringement arising from content you upload. If you receive a copyright claim relating to content you uploaded, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless.

If you add a personal API key from a third-party AI provider:

• You are solely responsible for any usage costs charged to your account by the third-party provider
• You may not share your API key with other users through the BYOK feature
• We are not liable for unauthorized use of your key if unauthorized access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials
• You must comply with the third-party provider's terms of service when using your key through Tensor

You agree not to use Tensor to:

• Submit AI-generated content as your own work in violation of academic integrity rules
• Upload, share, or generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or obscene
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights without authorization
• Attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or circumvent the AI model's safety features
• Upload active or current exam papers for the purpose of obtaining answers
• Bulk download or redistribute the platform's study content or AI outputs
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract training data from the service
• Use the service to build a competing product through systematic output harvesting

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.

9.1 Our Property

The Tensor platform, including its design, code, branding, and non-user-generated content, is owned by Sarvabhaum AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written consent.

9.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By using Tensor, you grant Sarvabhaum AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the service.

9.3 AI-Generated Responses

AI-generated responses are not copyrightable under current law in most jurisdictions. You may use, quote, or reproduce AI responses freely, subject to the restrictions in §5 (academic integrity) and §8 (prohibited uses).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Sarvabhaum AI's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of:

• The total fees paid by you to Sarvabhaum AI in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
• NPR 0 (if you have used the service on a free tier)

We are not liable for:

• Inaccuracy or incompleteness of AI-generated responses
• Exam results, grades, academic outcomes, or decisions made based on AI outputs
• Loss of data due to third-party service failures (LLM APIs, vector database, cloud storage)
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• AI responses will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular academic purpose
• The service will meet your specific requirements

Use of Tensor is at your own risk.

12.1 By You

You may stop using Tensor at any time. To request account deletion, contact privacy@sarvabhaum.ai.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• We are required to do so by law
• Continued operation poses a legal or security risk

On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Sections 4, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Tensor shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal (Kathmandu District Court). You waive any objection to this jurisdiction.

We will notify you of material changes to these Terms by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The updated Terms will be posted at https://sarvabhaum.ai/terms. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
